Default Help -- PMA LONG COURSE 133

I have registered myself for the PMA Long Course 133 and approved. It will be my first attempt in Military Academic Tests..
1) Kindly suggest me the Books for Written/ Intelligence/ Psychological Test Preparation..
2) I do not exercise, so I am not much active in Physical Appearance.. Suggest me how to improve myself, so that I may Qualify the Physical Tests (i-e Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Chin-Ups, Run and Ditch Crossing)..
Thank You!

Buy a dogars PMA L/C for your intteligence/academic test. As for the physical test you should start your exrecise from today. Jog for atleat 10 to 15min with good speed it will improve your stamina, imrove your push ups sit ups by practicing it for atleat 3 times a day, start by 5 at a time and then improving the numbers in day to day basis. Among all physical tests chin up is the most difficult. Since chin up is taken in the presence of major or lt col no liniency is given in this test you have to get your chin above the bar and come down with your arms open, your arms should not be closed, since you are a beginer try to do chin up with your fingers pointing towards your self as it is easy way, final word practice as it will make you perfect

Ditch is very easy, its about 6ft straight and 4ft deep you just have to jump it once. For chin up you will have to do 3 reps
