seniors, i am master in criminology and gold medalist too it comes under SOCIOLOGY ,am i eligible to apply for AEC ?

I have done BS IT em I eligible for the post of AEC (computer science)
as BS is equivalent to Msc
and if I am eligible do i need equivalent certificate from hec to apply for

Plz tell me, I have done BSc (Hons) in Economics and i am close to final my Mphil thesis in Development Studies, am i illegible Under Management Studies?
