I have called NHQ ISB they said Shortlisting is not finalized yet. hopefully wait will be over by this week.

Thanks for the effort.. after calling shortlisted candidates there will be an initial medical and personality test.

How does shortlisting procedure work, are they shortlisting with respect to Intial Test .

Alhamdullilah received shortlisting message from NAVAL authority for lateral service commission.
