Any update on when they are going to conduct the test for Assistant Director Narcotics Force position? Btw! why am i so anxious about this test, there are only two positions available in Punjab, So getting In is like finding a Needle in Desert!

Basic information is given below.

AD is normally placed as head of a Police Station!
AD wears a uniform similar to the one which DSP of Police uses.

AD may also be placed in HQ, Reg. Dir.(RD) or the Academy.

You will have to serve any where in Pakistan.

Initial allocation is made for 3 years.
If you are placed in 'hard' area then you will transfer to 'soft' area after 3 years.

When you join you agree to terms and conditions of the job.

In addition to the above you also SIGN a BOND of 10 years that you will not leave or resign ANF till expiry of such period.

You will promote in accordance with rules and availability of vacancies and in ordinary circumstances become Deputy Director/Joint Director at maximum.
