well, each department has its own charm. But, if you really want to work to be safe and sound with less problems, then FIA is the best choice. whereas, in police you can make your reputation and standard in your concerned district or area. However, if you compare the rank its look like SI of FIA is almost ASI of police and further you can compare ranks by decreasing one step.

Like ASI and SI has physical test, in physical test for female just height and weight measures nothing else

is it possible to cover up 1.5 km in 7 minutes??? FIA required 5 feet and 6 inches height but can they make a concession for 1 cm to to reach 6 inches??? comment please

This is the ad for Constables in FIA. Here, they didn't mention running test but took. Same is the case for ASI.

This is the same timing as for Punjab Police. And it's not so tough to clear the 1.6km in 7min. But it needs a little practice. Without practice, it seems to be difficult.
