There will be no experience requirement for AD/FIA too.
It is not possible; AD(FIA) is a responsible post and he must have experience. Fresh AD cannot handle cases assigned to him

Inspector FIA is also responsible post, Infact most of the cases are initiated by Inspectors for which he does not need AD permission.both works separately on their assignments.
So inshallah, i hope there will be no experience for Ad as well.
And icing on the cake is two seats are reserved. One for women and the other one for non-muslim or minority.

So you want to say that PML-N has not hired any of its candidate in Government that's why there are 36 seats for Punjab.

he is basically saying couple of things; such as:

opinion of 3 provinces is wrong but only punjab's is right.

PPP sells vacancies in sindh but that guy is saying PPP government was so powerful that hired jiyalas in FIA bypassing FPSC, chaudry iftikhar's judiciary and shuja pasha's ISI, then i am wondering surely they would have hired jiyalas as CSPs as well..

lastly, if PPP did corruption then federal government will squeeze sindh province. but that ''astute media follower member'' forgot that what PPP! but even bureaucracy/judiciary favourite muslim league cant do anything in balochistan; then why no vacancies for baloch?

but again, opinion of punjab is right so what could we do..

lets try to make most of what is available...
I dont want to indulge in this ceaseless argument. If you really want to resolve the issue, get official record of available positions from FIA.
So far as issue of no of vacancies for sindh rural is concerned, i must opine that FIA/FPSC should kick out those employees who were illegally hired by ppp waderas. The seats made available must be offered to deserving candidates. The fault is on FIA side; it must have resisted illegal appointment made by PPP. If candidates knock at the door of court, chances of their success are very bright. Now it is duty of FIA to get these seats cleared.

In the previous advertisement, experience required for inspector was 2 years whereas for AD, it was 5 years. So this corroborates my argument that AD is more responsible post.
As far as permission required for initiation of a case is concerned, there is mechanism in every investigating agency. This mechanism determines viability of a case. Inspector is not authorized to initiate a case.

The last five year rule was of PPP not PML-N and FIA comes under the federal government. Rehman Malik was in charge. PML-N was restricted to Punjab only. In the present tenor, the government is trying to ensure merit by advertising these posts through FPSC. Earlier, it was never the case.

In 2009, PPP was in power when vacancies for the post of AD (Investigation) were announced and there was not any seat for Sindh. So if any favorite candidate was appointed, he/she was appointed on Punjab or Merit quota. Still you think PPP has connection with the number of seats currently announced for candidates of Sindh.

those who gives faulty justifications see the link above ... i am astonished to see you so called educated people give uncorroborated and unauthentic arguments in favour of non-allocation of seats to Sindh Rural.

You are talking irrelevant. Can you please invoke an example when inspector investigation posts were filled thruogh FPSC in the past. However if you quote an example of induction of ADs in 2009 with no quota from Sindh, then your arguement only strengthens the idea of wrongdoing by the 'the party of Sindh' itself as it was on the helm of affairs then. If they could not include Sindh posts when they were ruling then what was the reason in your point of view if now it is due to discrimination? I learnt that a number of posts in FIA at various levels including Inspector and AD were filled indirectly by the previous government(s). By indirectly I mean blue-eyed people were inducted in other departments and then deputed in FIA. Some were later merged instead of repatriating to their home departments.
