Some people wrote coz 23:59, adding all the numbers individually made it 19. But 19:59, adding numbers in that makes 24.

One math mcq which are controversial in most of the candidates and its correct answer is 24 from every angle.
Most of the people could not understand the statement properly and used this technique in mcq 23:59=19 and said its a maximum time in a day.
No its totally wrong technique.
