IB is an intelligence agency and all its officials work as intelligence officers and are concerned with the collection of information and passing it on to the concerned departments. The pay of AD IB is around 50 K. IB or any Intelligence agency has no SUBJECT JURISDICTION , however the territorial jurisdiction of the officers keeps changing.
I am not aware of the current perks and privileges.


P.S : All the information provided above is a result of internet surfing only. I haven't acquired it from any IB official. So anyone with more direct information should correct me and should also explain the "perks and privileges" part of the above post.

FGO/IB is Elite civil department regarding intelligence services.This sentence is enough to quench the curiosity.
Depending upon priorities,even NASA cannot come upto the expectations of the personnel.

What is the address of FPBS on which to send documents? Please reply urgent. And what about attestation limitations? Is it ok if I get them attested from bps-17 officer stamp and signature. Is name really important?
