It means they are proceeding at various centres in alphabetical order. After Islamabad, it is Karachi and then it will be Lahore. Peshawar will be after that. Then it will be Quetta if they are not being called at Karachi center.

Default Psychological Test - Karachi Center
Received message today, intimating the venue and time of my psychological test. The test is scheduled to be taken at 11th of April at FPSC's regional office.

i haven't received letter of rejection nor sms for psychological test yet... anybody from Lahore center got text?
