Congrats. Please guide us about recruitment,

A. Which part contains more marks to game changer in creating high merit list in terms of scoring weightage I.e. Screening, descriptive paper, psychometric or interview? & please let us know your scores in all part , if you don't know it, tell us approximate scores that you think to secured?

B. Do eyesight proble matters? Though I don't have it, I just feel that it is not perfect like we examined in ISSB?

C. Please tell us about about medical and security clearance what kind of things they check?

Thanks!
A. As far as I know, both descriptive and interview have greater weightage in deciding the final merit list. I dont know the detailed marks as FPSC doesn't make this public. My guess is 85 for screening and 60-65 for descriptive.

B. Although I haven't been through medical yet but I am sure that eyesight won't be a big issue here unlike ISSB.

C. Security clearance is underway and only they know what are they checking.
