NO way........
the judges can not hold the office of civil department in future....
so it can b called as a rumour....
however , rumours are also welcomed as we are fed up with this delay

Are you sure the new judicial policy also applies on the judges who have retired?? I guess not as Government of Punjab, Sindh and Federal Government have employed some retired judges on Contract.

Irrespective of whether new chairman joins or not , there are rumours in lahore that allocations are going to b announced shortly,
so nothing to worry about appointment of chairman.

dear this new judicial policy doesnot apply equally to the retd.judges.so any retd. judge can also b named as new head of any public dept including FPSC.lets hope for the best.
