Yes you have to submit attested documents and pictures along with application.

I was unable to apply online today.So alternativel;i have sent manual application form and documents withe receipt..Will it be enough?Also i could not attest the documents

print option is given at the end of the page just click it and get the prints otherwise copy it and paste on MS word page then take the print out.

In the presence of valued members, i would like to get some clarifications.
I tried to apply online properly time and again but in vain and my online application stood incomplete.
Then i went to FPSC office Lahore and submit my application dully filled hand-written.
My question is that, is there any impact be seen at both (online and handwritten filled) applications or not?
If not, then what application shall be accepted (online or handwritten filled)?
God-forbidden, is there any chance of rejection in case of comparison between both applications (incomplete online and complete hand-written filled)?

waiting for value guidance.

After you login, Click on "General Recruitment" on left side, then click on "Application History". List of job(s) will appear. Click on "Print/View" in front of F4-120/2012-R Assistant Director Job. Your form will open. Just click on Print button.

When I take the print, pages are out of order. 2nd page k sirf end pe table aati hai,,, issi terah 3rd page ki mid main aik table ati hai,,, hence 4 pages ban rahay hain,,

aur when I edit information (like address and Experience) they are not being displayed in the final preview (print)

select the whole application and copy it and paste it in MS Word then arrange it and then take its print........
