Congratulation to all newly selected Assistant Directors...for your great achievement specially to Muhammad Abid Khan...who is my best friend....I also appeared for this test but unfortunately could not come in final....my uncle who was selected in first batch in 2001-02 is now working as a Director IB Headquarter Islamabad...

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").

merit no is not mentioned on the letter.. only formally informed that you are not recommended by fpsc

Default Information Request after Recommendation
Dear Fellow members,

Can someone enlighten that what one need to do once recommendation letter is received. Whether that person shall wait for further correspondence from IB or shall he send a letter of interest to IB that he/she is willing to join the organization.

If someone can elaborate further processes or incoming procedures I will be grateful.

First of All, congratulations to all those who have been recommended by FPSC and wish best of luck to the rest. Can the people who have been recommended share how to prepare for these kind of tests or how they prepared for the test ? It would be highly appreciated act of kindness. Thanking in anticipation.
