I have been shortlisted for the psychometric test for subinspector(MOD)..previously i have appeared one time in the same test for AD in MOD in 2014.Would it be the same test for subinspector as i given for AD..???

Default just one thing i want to know
is the whole selection process of AD MoD is fair and without any safarash culture and only merit is faollowed or not? I have doubts. Plz clearify me, and i might be wrong but seniors need your opinion.

I asked a friend who had appeared in Psychometric test last time. He said among other things there are incomplete sentences both in English and Urdu and you have to complete them. He just gave one example, "agar mere hath me bandooq hota to...."

Thanks for sharing it. I had few questions in mind:
1) Would there be any synonym/antonym or English skill test in psychometric test?
2) For IQ part, simple exercises which are given in IQ books to test your IQ like "insert the missing number", "pick the odd one out" would be enough to successfully attempt IQ part in the psychometric test?
3) Would Mathematics like arithmetic, algebra, geometry, etc. be a part of psychometric test? Actually I haven't prepared maths part. That's why I am a bit worried.

Aoa.those who appeared in today's psychometric test today kindly tell about the duration of this written test because it's not mentioned in slip.regards
