what expectation one should keep if they already cleared issb as the pattern of psychometric test was almost the same as in issb ?

If you have cleared ISSB recently then probability of your success is slightly high.

Don't link this test with your ISSB, People generally go for ISSB after intermediate and there is a huge difference in psychology of candidates having inter and masters degree. Even MoD job nature is not same as Army. So don't link them.
If you appear recently in ISSB after masters and recommended then your chances are slightly more as compare to other candidates.

guys any news of result, i was expecting result today, as nts has decleared result of test that held after MOD test but they still are holding this result.

In MoD you are dealing with intelligence related job,which is not the core duty of Army officials unless they are serving in ISI or MI.
AD MoD and Army Captain working in infantry unit has totally different job responsibilities.
