One of my friend had his interview today...though mine is on 10th ..
his interview lasted 30 minutes.
the panel comprised of 7 interviewers
introduction and then
questions were asked about current affairs like your view on isis, middle east and insecurity in Europe
reasons for joining ministry of defence , ideas of the expected duty , friend circle and good and bad qualities of best friends ....
if selected where do u see urself after like 5 years ..
p.S there were about 30 candidates and were being served with tea and biscuits. at 3 p.m there was lunch for the remaining candidates .

It was a hectic day. One has to wait for hours and hours depending on their serial number.
Today(07-04-2016) interview of 29 candidates were conducted, i was on Sr# 21(it was not in alphabetical order).
Reporting time was 7.45 am and my interview started at 5.15 pm, it lasted for around 25 min.
There were 7 panelist, three were sitting right and other three on left and one in front.
Candidate sit on chair which is placed at distance from the table of panelist.

Syrian war...situation after five year
CPEC..gov performance
Pakistan-Iran relation in relation to saudi gov
P5+1 deal with iran...opportunity for pak ... and saudi pressure
Ip vs Tapi gas Pipeline
Focus of development in lahore, why? do u think its ok?
U engineer, why u want join
current job..nature of work...salary...why leaving??
what is the job description of AD ISI..
question from hobby
Pakistan after 10 years
any achievement in your life

Panelist were cordial, but they have maintained the formal atmosphere.

so they had similar kinda interview to each candidate i guess(only with the exception of Current Affairs questions). My serial number was 2 and I guess i did pretty well in there. Only concern for me is the matter related to the documents. Did they ask for your documents after the interview when they told you to sat on that chair just outside the mess hall?
