The interview details are as below:
1. Panel was 6 to 7 people
2. Duration about 20 min
3. Introduce yourself
4. Do you have any solution to Kashmir issue
5. Middle east crisis
6. Afghanistans future
7. Pakistan geostrategic importance
8. About father and brothers occupation
9. Why MoD
10. Current job
11. Daily routine

My interview at karachi center lasted for about 15 minutes:
1. Introduction
2. How feudalism can be tackled.
3. Suggestions to improve conditions of minorities.
4. Geo strategic importance of Pakistan
5. In introduction i told them that i have done bachelors in human resource management, one panel member asked me about maslow's motivation model.
6. Pakistan's center of gravity
7. How to improve condition of Karachi.

Overall all interview went awesome.

the documents required to bring on interview date as per the letter are educational certificates CNIC and Domicile.... i have my bachelors degree but i have matric and fsc mark sheets i don't have matric and fsc degrees(sanad) with me now... so is matric , f sc degrees (sanad) necessary or marks sheets can do the job?? those who have completed the process of interview please inform me about this?

At karachi center they did not check our documents. Only thing they checked was cnic and letter.

How was your experience at Peshawar centre. The head of panel was constantly observing stop watch i guess.

It was a good experience. All questions were pretty common like middle east issue, Afghanistan issue and terrorism etc. Overall it was a great experience and interview was shorter than I expected not sure why, perhaps it was because of the Friday.

How was your experience, any new questions or anything new or unique that you noticed?

Yes it was shorter too as i also experienced. Questions were about women protection bill, pakistan political system, blasphemy law, salman taseer murder, fata future, karachi operation and end was kashmir issue. It was humble.
