Is there any other written test for ADMOD or they will select candidates for the interview on the basis of screening test only?

Not at all...don't you know last tym within 7 days result aa gya tha, and for that time there were 3 papers..

What I think, being an HR Professional, is that the whole recruitment process of all such jobs need to be revamped thoroughly. A wholesome recruitment process will increase the retention rate of the employees and it will also invigorate the cost efficiency related to Training & Development.
