I attempted "technological conveniences were to save time but they have occupied all the liesure time instead" wording could be different..

Please share your outlines.

I did not write the outline in the paper, just in rough. I simply started writing the essay after stating the topic. I read the instructions and it didn't ask for an outline.

My outline was

1. Introduction
- Technological progress is exponential
- Human endeavor constantly tries to attain better standards of living through technology
- Wright Brothers flew plane for few seconds in early twentieth century and man landed on moon by 1969, within the lifetime of an individual
- Indeed, technology has caused us to enjoy less leisure time
2. Technological Advances
a. Automobiles: For faster transport than horse carriages but we get stuck in traffic jams
b. Metro trains/buses: We spend a lot of time in boarding bus/trains
c. Airplanes: We spend lots of time at airport due to security checks, get detained at airports for questioning
d. Internet: Although there are many leisure websites, we spend most time answering work emails and working remotely during holidays/vacations
3. Effects of less leisure time on individuals
a. Stress
b. Fatigue
c. Ill health
d. Depression
4. Solutions for dealing with less leisure time
a. Time Management training
b. Barring use of technology for pressure to work after office hours
c. Monitoring mental and physical health of employees
5. Conclusion

In my thoughts essay was about what technology give us and which it takes away from humanity and one of them is leisure time.
