First NTS, than MTS, than OTS, than PTS and now UTS.. next will be GTS (Global Testing Services) I guess.

can you both guide me the pay, perks, privileges, duties and paper pattern of assistant (grade 15)...... please reply thanks

Pay will be of BS 15 with house hiring. Paper pattern includes Math General Knowledge Current Affairs Islamiat Computer etc.
Duty would be of administrative cum clerical.
Promotion is good as someone here who is working in petroleum ministry as assistant quoted that assistant could be promoted to BS 19.

Its around 30k and about 15k hiring per month. One thing more Assistant salery varies department to department. I could be wrong someone who is working in defence ministry can clarify this.

and do they offer house or 15k per month as house hiring ??

Yes Rawalpindi........not sure of house hiring but it is highly likely that they do offer.
