Sir after the final interview..how many days it takes to call the candidates for medical tests....Like interviews at all centres ended on 6th september...so when can the calls for medical tests be made...

Usman Brother: exact days cann't be claimed but approximately it takes more than a month period and less than 3 months period.

I used 2 call FPSC office and a person named Adam Tagar used 2 update me about the expected date of result and despatch of orders etc. He was a nice guy and well co-operating person. I don know from where did he extract that info....wether the selection process took place through FPSC mode or any other way but he kept me informed when ever i called him.

You may use ur info sources or play the same card which I did but I suggest u 2 keep this thing in ur pending list and for time being try to avail other oportunities as well. Because u know the importance of time bound oportunities.

As u need not take any further effort fr this job since u have gone through all the essential phases of selection process except final step i.e medi test which does not require any preparation u can keep aside this assignment.

Thx very much sir for such detailed replies.... i would like to ask that when u say that once u r in ISI it is difficult to pursue ur studies further and ur chances for other other competitive exams are minimal , whay is dat? any particular reason?

Dear Araza:

That is just because of nature of assignments and mobility of ur job nature. You are well aware about the job description of AD ISI, that requires a full time responsibility and consumpton of ur major chunk of time in its completion. One must be prepared for various complusion factors exerting pressure on his/her personality that might place him/her in an uneasy situation for smooth study or any sort of preparation for exams. But candidates do find time if they are well time and task managers.

at other threads , guys told that security forms has been received by them . if it is true then it means i m farigh. and have 2 try my luck next time. But i m fed off the time consumption in this whole process.

The candidates who have received this are either not member of this forum or they just couldn't find time to share this, only a couple of forum members made it look so simple that everyone is getting a form, as far as your case is concerned I must say the level of competition in Punjab was very high despite more number of seats, just because of this you should not consider yourself "farigh", there must be something very good in store for you, only Almighty knows what is best for us, you could outshine the rest in upcoming exams and other test, keep your spirits intact, earlier I couldn't make it to the next stage, this time the luck favored me for this opportunity, as for the next ad particularly for this post would be in papers as soon as these results are finalized, since security form is not a guarantee of one's selection and process of investigation and medical report would take time, the advertisement is expected to appear in the mid of this December.
