A friend of mine from punjab was visited by MOD officials last week for security clearance. He applied for SI . As per him, clearance still underway

@yasirisrar Salam brother. Any news regarding the issuance of medical letters of SIs? Also, is it true that not all who go through security clearance make the final cut?

P.S: So grateful to you for helping us all out throughout this induction process even though you have nothing to do with the induction of SIs.

No further news from my side sir except the one I shared about my friend.
Answer to your question: yes, not necessary you are selected if you have been through SC.
