Induction in Ministry of Defense

Salam to all respected members,

I am new to this forum i like to ask something very useful.

A person who is considered an right now under the process of clearence,Should that person considered to be Confirmed appointed or not?

Also the Clearence and verification last for how much months max?

Is there any band on such org for new recruitments if band than what about those who appeared in Examination held in march april and was considered?

I appreciate if any one comment on this thanks in advance.

¤ clearence takes more then two months depend the no of your family members...

¤ new as wel old recrutments has been closed......may be they will reannounce these seats .......


¤ if you are in process of clearness then its not sure that you will get the job..........

the test for AD-17 that was held on 20th April 2008?

has its result announced?

no no my friend my case is different,it's not test for AD-17 so don't worry and prey for good luck.


And thanks shah602 for ur reply,u said that clearance not last more than 2 months but in my case it's more than 8 months and still they say under process

new n old recruitment r closed any proof plz.

Brother i have no written proof for u.....but if believe me....then m the big proof........dat isi recrutment has been closed......

ap ko bataya hai k seat ban ho gaye hai......jo ap ne test dia tha march mai.......but dont worry they ll reanounce that seats for us....

As per security clearance is concerned; it may take a year even. A class fellow of mine, who was selected in NDC (National Development Complex) in SPS-8 equivalent to BS-17; it took 13 months for his security clearance as many of his family members(brothers , sis) are settled in Canada & he has visited many a countries abroad in his life so it took 13 months for him for the phase of security clearance. Similarly another mate of us got selected there however it took only around 2 and a half month for his security clearance ( he was a resident of a village with his whole family settled there & never visited any country abroad).

So, its not a point of worry, as we dont have to do anything in this regard except waiting. All of the hard work is done via the various vigilent state departments, entities.

And, being selected for security clearance doesn't guarantee your selection.

I like to mention here that i am not a candidate of AD-17 isi ,Nor pak army regular commission , My org is DESTO, Asst Manager SPS-8,and i never go abroad my entire family is situated in Karachi since 1950, I don't know how much candidate they selected from entire pak but from khi it's not more than two, Still i am not sure that whether they call me or not as far as security clearance is concerned it's fails only to some genuine reason only.
