Question MoD Vacancies and caretaker government!!!
AOA dear seniors and all other members

I would like to have an estimated/possible month for the upcoming vacancies in MoD/Elite agency?


Does any respected member have an authentic information reagarding this?

Secondly, will the upcoming caretaker government be able to lift the current ban on government jobs?

As the ban on recruitment in government departments has been lifted by ECP....
Can any member suggest the month/time frame for new vacancies in MoD?

MoD vacancies from BS 9 to BS 17???

Dear wait there is a possibility that the Vacancies for AD ISI BS-17 will be advertised in April or may by FPSC because previous vacancies have filled and candidates now are on training. So, I think we don't have to wait more for new vacancies!

dear hamza the posts of AD ISI are not advertised by FPSC but they are advertised under the tag of MINISTORY OF DEFENCE are you sure about it

Yes man it's test is conducted by FPSC and it's vacancies are advertised just like the IB and difference between them is that IB advertisement comes like Intelligence function of Federal Organization and ISI in manner of under MOD. Test for recruitment of both these organizations are somewhat similar! Good luck to all aspirants and now much time have passed out almost three years, posts for AD ISI will come near in future IA and our long wait is over now!

Sorry man, but this is not the case. AD ISI posts are advertised by the MoD. Recruitment in the Directorate of Inter-Services Intelligence is outside the purview of the Federal Public Service Commission. See FPSC Act 1977, Section 7 (Explanation 2). And yes, the advertisement might very much possibly be made available on the website http://recruitments.com.pk/

Thanks man for the correction, it is clearly written there recruitment to the posts of Director General Inter Services Intelligence are outside the purview of commission. I apologize for my mistake.

Welcome. Well bro, the confusion is still persisting. Though the ECP has lifted the ban on new recruitment but the Ban on New Recruitment imposed by the Ministry of Finance, under the Austerity Measures, on Federal Government jobs is still effective. I am not sure as to whether MoD would follow these measures or not, because only the jobs advertised through FPSC were excluded from this Ban. Anyhow, let's wait and see and hope for the best.
