Default AD ISI Syllabus and Screening Test

1.Please seniors tell us the syllabus for AD ISI.

2.Secondly can anyone confirm if either it is MoD or FPSC to conduct the screening test? There is some confusion regarding it as there were some posts announced by the MoD for Balochistan domiciled candidates.

AOA Brother,

As far as my little knowledge is concerned the AD posts advertised on 8 May 2013 for Balochistan domiciled candidates only , the tests will be held under MoD and FPSC will have no concern in these vacancies.

The syllabus of AD posts is GK,Current Affairs, Mathematics and you should consult relevant books published by leading publishers which are available in markets.
Many seniors suggests the daily reading of newspapers specially Dawn editorials for better approach and awareness of current affairs national and international.

These are my suggestions based on the advices of other seniors , hope you will see other suggestions soon by senior members and will might have better options related to syllabus and studies etc.

Regards

Thank you again brother, yes now it is confirmed through sources in MoD that MoD itself will conduct the test. Thank you for highlighting the areas to be covered for the screening test.

Can you also confirm if there will be subjective paper on current affairs as well or they have changed the pattern only to MCQS?

These AD ISI and other posts are in limbo after new government...Number of vacanies are being discussed and debated in MoD and ISI and no final fate has been decided about these vacancies. In fact chances for shelving all these vacancies is on table. So,just pray that everything gets sorted out otherwise there would be no test at all.My Source : A Serving Major in ISI told me himself.
