use ad mod guide by rai muhammad. it will cover the general topics for mcqs including eds, pak studies, gk, islamiat, current affairs etc. use this forum and the book. it should be sufficient.

Actually get ISI Guide by ILMI it will also cover urdu and islamiat (which will most probably be in urdu). It is much better for staff test than the ministry of defence assistant director guide which is more suited for the assistant director test on the 9th.
