A phone call confirmation for postal addresses? What is this joke or yet another excuse seeking from those toppers who may not recieve call letters. They should simply announce over NTS or BISP...

Yes you may be right but my humble suggestion is that we can conclude the same after waiting 6-10 days for anyone to say OH YES THAT HE/SHE (or xyz) HAS BEEN CALLED FOR THE INTERVIEW.
