I also faced same problem, called IBP, the lady...

I also faced same problem, called IBP, the lady on phone guided me that take print out and amend it with pen, email the scanned copy of corrected form to IBP exmination while sending hard copy.

in your case you shouldn't be worried, these two copies are also acceptable and authentic evidence of challan paid within due date.
And after applying in NBP online no need to apply...
