call on the same number 051-4863164.. try calling them in morning around 9:00 - 09:30 .. or you can call NTS official website phone no. but they will probably ask you to contact on above number..

I called the same number and they asked me to submit my documents by Saturday. Documents should reach NTS by Saturday. i.e. 13 Oct
