They are receiving two files of documents alongwith two colour photographs. Any relative can submit files like husband, brother or father but it is better to submit in person.

They will not ask you to deliever a lecture...

They will not ask you to deliever a lecture infront of the pannel..:)..You should first prepare your masters syallabus.They will just ask your subject related +general knowledge questions.
