Isn't he the advisor for foreign affairs? As per my knowledge, the most of foreign minister is technically vacant but the PM can be said to be the FM?

Story is this that to be a minister of a certain portfolio one is required to be a member of national assembly. Neither sartaj Aziz nor Tariq fatmi is member of the Parliament. So both of them are advisor to PM on foreign affaira. Nawaz shareef right after coming into the govt, started with the plan of maintaining sustainable relationship with neighbor countries. That's why this very ministry was not assigned to any one else as nawaz desired to get these things working right under his nose.

Many 'stupid' questions are asked, which have nothing to do with PMS. Such questions are only to delist the candidates. Be it PCS or PMS, I have seen, they are setting the paper only for "crammers" not for "national builder or creative and innovative minds". They should have set the optional papers tougher instead. In future, one must be papered for GK extensively. Wish you best of luck guys.

In parliamentary system PM can hold more than one ministries so PM Nawaz has the portfolio of FM, Tariq Fatmi and Surtaj Aziz are just his advisors.I think it was a tough GK paper thanks God I have not appeared this time without preparation.Please share complete GK paper.

Please tell the passing marks of GK in PMS. Is it 33 or 40?
