1- What are the powers/functions of Dy. Director & Divisional Director
2- Promotional scope of ADLFA.

divisional Director is the head of the division.he is appointing authority of officials from bs 01 to 14.all the posting and transfers of auditors are done by divisional director.he can visit and check the record of tehsil accounts offices.he holds govt vehicle suzuki cultus under his control and of course a driver.you can compare his powers with commissioner of a division but his jurisdiction is limited to local fund audit department.he is answerable only to provincial director.as for as dy director ,their work is not different to adlfa but dy directors can also be posted in medical colleges,boards,universities,lda,wasa etc on deputation.one thing which i should mention here that adlfa can also be posted as section officer in secretariat ,also.after 5 years of service adlfa one becomes eligible for promotion to dy director and after 7 years service in bs 18 one can be promoted as divisional director.divisional director is very very powerful designation.
i also appeared in pms exam but failed by 4 marks in composition by securing 673 in total.it is quite shocking to me as i got 52 in css 2009,44 in css 2011,44 in exam of inspector anti corruption held by ppsc.but it is will of God.otherwise i would be amongst all of you also.though,i wish you would be posted in my division .good luck

Can any one guide that which groups are being trained in mpdd these days in lahore. and i will be highly thank ful to you if any on epost any vedio or pics relevant to mpdd training.

ADLR's are being trained in MPDD these days. There training will be completed in May.

1:108 people have been allocated against 112 seats..what happened to remaining 4 seats?
2:Is there no woman quota in ppsc?

dear 4 seats were reserved for disabled candidates and due to non availability of suitable candidates those 4 seats have been carried over to the next pms exam.
i hope you got the answer to your query
this fact has been mentioned in pms notifcation of final result

2)and all the quotas were mentioned in the advertisement of pms

flies of ADLFA & ETO have been forwarded to Finance deptt & Excise deptt respectively, offer letter will be issued by F.D to ADLFA & ETD to ETO.

anyone has correct information regarding training whether all pms qualifiers will be trained at MPDD?? As i have heard that this time ETO and ADLFA will only be given special training according to their nature of job?
