heard from pms officers that training letters would be received within 3,4 days.rumors or reality???????????

it is being heard that in css,govt is trying to allocate 400 candidates...if it happens,there will be good also for people waiting PMS second list

Training is starting from 26th of August and duration is 10 Months for PMS officers.

What are pms training, passing out and seniority rules, 2012?
i think the training period is too long. is it possible for a pms probationer to take the css examination 2014 while beavering away at the academy.
