urgent help:lost original deposit slip of PMS

Please visit the concerned branch of National bank where you deposited the challan....Request them to issue you a duplicate copy after verification from their system....Bring a duplicate copy with u as well in order to facilitate them....they will stamp and sign and issue u a duplicate copy...Meet the Branch manager if front desk staff is not helping
OR
Call PPSC if there is some shortcut

you shouldn't be worried about this so much as ppsc had already recieved the other copy from NBP or treasury,so there is no problem at all

i have also lost mine and will go to bank today hopefully they would help but it necessary to take original deposit slip as it was mentioned in the adv and also the roll number slips

You don't need to have that deposit slip to take written exam, However you'll be required to present the same before interview. So focus on your preparation and once you are done with your written exams visit the branch in which you submitted the fee, tell them the date of submission and they'll issue you a new slip

Dear, no need to request to NBP, NBP has nothing to give you. NBP send all receipt and payment checks/voucher/challan/pension payment challan to Nearest District Account Office of the concern district. Every district has designated account office. Go to District Accounts office, go to compilation section and then meet the person who deals with Provincial Receipt. He will check your record on SAP system, will give you the challan copy. This is the right way to get your challan. Don’t waste your time by visiting nbp. i know all these procedures because i am doing job in district Account office.

You must bring your ORIGINAL COMPUTERIZED NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD (CNIC) on the day of written
test failing which you will not be allowed to appear in the test. You will not be given provisional permission to
appear in the test if your COMPUTERIZED NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD has been lost unless you produce
F.I.R. with the Police and a receipt from NADRA for issuance of a duplicate CNIC. In such case you must
also produce some alternate authentic document(s) of your identity i.e. Computerized Driving Licence or
Passport
