do i need NOC for my lecturer interview?

i qualified for psychology lecturer interview, although its date has not been announced yet, but still do i need to show NOC from my current department, if i got appointed on current job after giving lecturer test?

to make more clear, i am serving in special education department at BPS 16 since 6 july 2015, and my lecturer psychology test was in june, now that i qualified for interview than do i need departmental permission for that?

even if i apply for departmental permission certificate through proper channel i wont get it till ma interview that is expected to be in first week of September????

i have also qualified for interview... i want to ask regarding your preparation, which areas you are focusing etc. do have you any previous interview experience? i'll be highly obliged if you could share some information regarding that as well... plus do we have to submit attested photocopies of our documents at the time of interview or not?

dear, at least you should start the process of getting NOC from your department, even it becomes late, it is not harmful for you. in the long run it will facilitate you. during the interview, if they ask you to show your departmental certificate, then at least you would be able to show them those documents as a proof to assure them that you have applied for permission.

second option is that if you are ready to quit your present job in case of your appointment on a new job , without asking for any privileges (monetary or seniority in service) that will be available to you, in case you get permission from your department, then you need not to tell them . just resign from the present position mentioning any valid reason.

yes i did applied for NOC but so far after 2 weeks no idea when will it comes back through PROPER CHANNEL
people are saying to me not mention my current job but i personally do not want to lie if they ask me about it.
i have the copy of application form that was sent along NOC to my secretariat

I want to know same question, what is the process of NOC. Should I get NOC while filling up my forms or after qualifying CSS?
