7 against open merit.
And by the way congratulations to seemal mushtaq 3rd in PMS , 1st in ARCS (women quota)

I have not been selected as recommended candidates but after viewing complete merit list, i am standing at merit no. 19. Will PPSC upload detail marks sheet of exam and interview for ARCS.
