I recalculated my marks after confirming maximum number of questions seen on the jpg. Images shared in a link. Expected marks unexpectedly fell down to around 68.

So you miscalculated your expected score. My guess is that merit will be 71,72. Anyhow, best of luck for future.

How do they make final list? I mean what is the marks distribution scheme etc

I am not sure but I think that interview is of 100 marks and 40 marks for academics. Final selection is made on aggregate of Written + Interview/Academics marks.

my expected marks were 70 so merit is 71 to 73..little dishearted bt i think those who qualify they deserve it.not me.
