It should be.
25 for academics
25 for interview
50 for test.

yes that can work better for all candidates. As written and academics marks can be earned by hard work but interview can never handled by hard work. its all in hands of interviewers, and if they want to oblige some one by taking bribery, then with 100 marks they can easily and easily and very easily take him to the top of merit
