Ban is imposed on all form of recruitment in local government system.
No recruitment shall be made in this regard for a certain period of time.
Do not pay heed to any statement in this case.

Yes ban on all local government jobs, dont expect any job in local government dept in near future

May be there is possibility of announcing these jobs from march until LG setup is put into action. While, the ban is imposed owing to nepotism often exercised by elected members at lower level. As for as PPSC is concerned, it is symbol of meritocracy. At this point when it is already too late, government must initiate the process of induction as early as possible.

Some LG jobs are there in upcoming job tab. That seems ban has been lifted.
