Yes I couldn't hold myself back.I had planned to skip 10-15 questions but while giving the exam I changed my mind. As they say "Fortune favours the Brave " so I took the dangerous path.

About 20 confirm wrong.
Not sure about the remaining.
Is there any chance for short listing?
And when should we expect result?

As per my intuition or analysis, merit will be around 55-58.

The total number of candidates who have applied for this post are 9600. Earlier, ppsc conducted the exam for the post of Assistant in S&GAD and the number of candidates for that post were 31,000+. The merit for that post was 60.
