In their advertisement PPSC stated "Preference will be given to MBA, BBA and M.Com degree holders"

PPSC didnt mention that how they will give preference to the stated above candidates. whether they will give some extra marks or what?

There are two methods of preference (at least I know);
i) Giving 10 Marks in interview
ii) Select the prefered candidate where marks are equal.

The second option does not seem to be the logical except for the last candidate on the merit list i.e. the 97th candidate.
Giving 10 extra marks is quite reasonable.

Anyways hope for the best.

brother there is more chance of second option to be applied it is internationally accepted principle and if two person with BA and MBA on 97th THEN THE PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO MBA not 10 marks will be awarded

I think the first one is logical because of Preference in terms of Education level required for the respective post. Seniors Please clear the picture of Preference.

Deputy Accountant result announced again with 1 change that i observed.. In Women Quota Section they swapped/replaced SHAMIM EJAZ (nankana sahab) with MALEEHA ZAFAR (Lahore).

The earlier list of recommendees displayed on 29-05-2013 on the website of the Commission has been cancelled and substituted with the existing list of recommendees replacing the name of Mr. Shamim Ejaz S/o Muhammad Ejaz with Maleeha Zafar D/o Zafar Ali against women quota and name of Mr. Haider Shah S/o Bashir Hussain with Mr. Kamran S/o Matloob Ali against disabled quota who were wrongly recommended against the posts of women quota and disabled quota respectively

Unbelievable negligence. They declared Mr. Shamim Ejaz as Miss Shamim Ejaz just because the name Shamim looks like that of females. Hats off PPSC.
