there are no chances of result of deputy accountant in january and it is impossible to tell about merit as paper have not yet been checked.
When I will get any news regarding Deputy Accountant I will share.

i am doing Mphil economics and i am expecting above 80 what are my chances?

Board of Revenue will send appointment letters to succesful candidates. Tell your relative to wait for appointment letter and enjoy cold weather :P
