If we, with the the Accounting background are same as simple B.A then why not other such as Law graduate or medical/engineering graduate are not alike?

I beleive, MBA/ACCA/ACMA/M.COM/C.A etc. are professional degrees and they should also be treated as special degree while alocating jobs in public sector organization.
but because of the poor policy of the Government, in most of the Organizations Accounting functions are being performed by simple B.A employee just becaseue he got through G.K exam, lolx

This is totally injustic.

Agree with you 101%..... And in my personal opinion paper was also designed in a way that it was much easier for a B.A. student to clear it as compared to a Finance Student.... There were no finance related questions...

those who selected through CSS in Aduit department mostly they have not MBA or any other Commerce degree. Eligibility criteria is BA its after training they become able to perform in Finance department. i can give you many examples about this.

You didnot qualify becasue you couldnot perform well in exam...
Accept this reality.Many MBA Finance have also qualified the exam....
