No minimum marks . candidates are called for interview according to available number of seat. 5 candidates for 1 post . So they pick top candidates whatever the score may be . This formula is for one paper.
In case of PMS qualifying marks are 50%.

Yes.But this doesn't happen. One paper merit usually lies above 50.
