It is not your bad luck. But it is injustice done to you by the SPSC like the rest of us. You qualified CSS thrice, you look even more competent than most of us.

And how is it possible candidates, who sought suggestions and tips from us to prepare for the CCE 2013, qualified and we didn't?

They have passed only 5 to 10 percent intelligent candidates in the written exam, the rest of 90 percent in the written exam are even below average. And most of the competent candidates have been failed. It is really beyond understanding how they have checked our copies.

This time they have done malpractice on a large scale with a great care.
And what we know about their malpractice is just the tip of the iceberg; the rest of mountain of the malpractice has yet to be exposed.

We will be victorious in this struggle if justice truly exists in the courts of Sindh. The whole Sindh will resonate with the protests against this unjust CCE 2013 result. We will continue vehement protests against this to the greatest extent possible. The rest is fate.

i also qualified css but failed in cce 13. my friends who qualified css with me are also fail in this exam. what special/technical point was added in the exam which extraordinary candidates could not understand but these duffer and below average candidates could? many extraordinary candidates have deliberately been cleared off in order to bring forward their offsprings.
guys, this time corruption has been committed with planning. they have utilized experience of inquiry of cce 2003 in this exam. so tread carefully

SPSC firstly denies all allegations than why they will admit anything afterwards. They have appointed secretary who got his son cleared through written. This is a sharp move to cover up their tempering and they want to know what do we have. I recommend to all that dont give them any evidence rather consult court which is only competent forum and from which any relief could be expected. SPSC officials are very cunning.

I know some influential candidates who changed their provincial domicile (Punjab to Sindh) for this exam. And now, after the result, charged SPSC for corruption. Do we start campaign against them?

Evidences will be produced only before the court.

In the meantime, all candidates must contact the SPSC for mark sheets. They must demand when CSS candidates get their mark sheets a day later, when why don't we get? What is the reason for this delay?

Today I went to SPSC Head office Hyderabad and inquired about marksheet. They said that we are dispatching marks sheets to your postal addresses. You will get it within 1 week or 10 days.

I did BE in software Engineering .but failed in cce 2013 and ASI ( interview) sindh police. Interesting thing in my ASI interview is that I was asked a longitude of NEEL river by a spsc member .
I m gonna be a chungkchi driver . ahahahaha

if Edison , gram bell, had been here, they would have been in the mental hospital as agha waqar was discouraged and labled as a cheater .

2: Standard education is only for rich and elite class .

3: the club of politics is only for businessman , Feudal lords and Criminal.

5: U should have a wealth of QAROON and power of Phroah to get justice in this system .such as the victims of CCE2003 are ignored despite having evidences .

6: Pervaiz Mushraf rightly said that democracy in this system could not deliver where literacy ratio is very low .
Example : tribal clashes , killings in recent Mayor Elections . U all people will not find such incidents in civilized nations.
People give more to vote to a person who have a land cruiser , Prado and BMW though he asks youth to sell PAKORA and SUMOSA.
