Hyderabad—Recent announcement of long-awaited result of Sindh Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) has created dissatisfaction among not only pass but fail candidates because sons, daughters, cousins and other relatives have been ‘declared’ successful in the examination for the posts of Assistant Commissioners, Tahsildars/Mukhtiarkars, Assistant Director Excise and Taxation, Registrar and a few other posts considered ‘lucrative’.
According to detail, the competitive examination was to be held in 2013, conducted almost two years late in April 2015 due to administrative issues, announced written result in third week of March declaring 663 candidates successful.
The result showed concerns to passers and failures both when it was disclosed that a large number of ‘blue-eyed babies’ are among those successful candidates.
Eight relatives of Javed Chachar, Director IT Section in Sindh Public Service Commission main office in Hyderabd, have qualified the written examination: Faheem Ahmed Chachar son of Bashir Ahmed Chachar (31281) is a son of elder sister of Javed Chachar; IT Director in SPSC, Faiq Ahmed son of Ali Nawaz Chachar, (25776), cousin; Naimatullah son of Khameso Chachar, (23069), a close relative; Alya Hassan daughter of Ali Nawaz Chachar (38712), cousin; Sohail Ahmed son of M. Shaban Chachar (39494), nephew; Sikandar Ali son of Sojharo Chachar (42640), cousin; Nadeem Ahmed son of Shahnawaz Chachar, (42630), younger brother of the Director and Waqar Ahmed son of Nisar Ahmed Chachar, (40304) nephew. Furthermore, Members, controller, Secretary and Chairman of SPSC are not lagging behind in the ‘race’ as Mehwish Solangi daughter of Saindad Solangi, Member SPSC; Saliha Junejo daughter of Baz Muhammd Junejo, Member SPSC; Zainul Abdin Chandio son of Juma Khan Chandio, Deputy Controller SPSC; Shafique Shafi son of Shafi Muhammad, Secretary SPSC; Umed Ali Shah, nephew of CM; Syed Noor-ul Arfin son of Syed Muhammad Shah (16448), Javed Ahmed Kalhoro, cousin of Hadi Bux Kalhoro and Hasnain Ahmed Abbasi cousin and Brother-in-law respectively of Controller SPSC, Hadi Bux Kalhoro have qualified the examination.
A large number of victims staged sit-in with members of Civil Society and NGOs demanding justice from concerned authorities. One of a persons in sit-in informed, “ Apart from CCE-2013, there are many appointments in Police (both district and Sindh Reserve Police) as ASIs through SPSC go into the credit of Hadi Bux Kalhoro such as Mr Abdul Sami son of Abdul Majed (48878), Mr. Fayaz Ahmed son of Haji Khan Kalhoro(49183), Mr. Mansoor Ahmed son of Rafique Ahmed Abbasi (50980), Mr Sadam Hussain son of Sahib Dino Kalhoro (49411), Mutahar Ali son of Irshad Ali Kalhoro (15710), Ameer Bux son of Ghulam Qadir Abassi (50868) and Siraj Ahmed Kalhoro son of Rafique Ahmed (50985) and they all including Hadi Bux Kalhoro are subject to be verified”.
They further said that SPSC doesn’t conduct the examination annually whereas the same competitative exam held in Punjab and KPK annually and due to disturbing policies of SPSC aspirants cannot appear more than two times as it conducts the exams with the gap of five years. A young person cannot avail his/her three chances due to age limit (30 years).

Law Has Nothing To Do With Meager Matters!!!

I am not sure about CCE-2013, but a decade ago (in CCE 2003) SPSC had slaughtered merit and allocated written failures. Initially, it was an allegation but later on SPSC committee, Anti-Corruption Team and lately NAB has proved the allegations with solid evidences which can not be denied. Action against the culprits can not be taken easily because they are serving on the key positions of BPS-18 and BPS-19 after a lapse of 13 years. Justice delayed tantamounts to justice denied. Sindh Government and courts delayed this case deliberately, now they have an excuse of "how to rectify the blunders committed in 2003".

But the difference beteen 2003 and 2013 seems that latter is up on their toes right after knowing the reality while 2003 waited till the allocation even though it was known to all and sundry that kiths and kins were amongst the passers of written portion. I think 2003 has been paying the cost of knocking the doors of courts very late infact they did it after the distribution of offer letters.

Javed chachar has a nephew named sohail chachar,it is true.i know him,currently he is workibg as a lecturer of english in ghotki district.He was recruited by spsc some years ago.wether his appointment as lecturer was on merit or not,it is anither debate.However,just because of common names ,media and people on this thread declared u a fraudulent.UNBELIEVABLE! This shows that there is some cry marely on speculations.Authencity of news is not observed on this thread till now.
Secondly,there is another name Naimatullah chachar. I think,he is the same Naimat whome i met in Darulsalam library lahore and observed many candidates reading his hand-prepared notes for pcs prep.Indeed,a hardworking ,co-operative and inteligent bearded man.I saw him studying till the closure of library.If these people are crying against him,they are crying against top merit.Though i am not in touch with naimat but one of ny friend is.i'll try to send him a msg through my friend to visit this thread not to defend himself bt to show his class.
Nayab ali,is also defendg herself for being in this list.i'm hopeful ,she'll survive.

When you are not familiar about suhail chachar belonging to sukkur, then who you are supporting fake media news about me and making my relation with javed chachar. . if their is still confusion in their mind, will they apologize?
