Marks Certificates CCE-13

Today I have received the Marks Certificate of CCE-13, sent by SPSC. It is quite shocking as well hurting. I was quite confident through out the examination but here situation is contradictory. I have been declared as fail in Sindhi Essay; only 10 marks have been awarded out of 50. Besides this I have cleared all the papers.

Now the question here is that, whether the marks awarded, are under the provision of merit or otherwise. It would not be irrelevant that I have also obtained 70 marks in the paper of General Sindhi and I had chosen one optional paper which is also related with Sindhi language that is History of Sindhi Literature, whereas I got 80 marks. I had close focus over the study of Sindhi subjects.

I belong to sindh and sindhi is my mother tongue, no likelihood of grammatical and spelling mistakes would affect the topic. It is pertinent to mention that Sindhi General had also one Essay Topic and History of Sindhi Literature was also bothering the language and history. One of the aspirant had also disclosed in the instant forum that the copies of Sindhi Essay are being checked by one of the incompetent person.

Now the question is that, whether the marks only 10 in numbers are justified with my competency or any other factor has affected. You please advise me to knock the door of SPSC in respect of re-checking of Sindhi Essay copy or any other forum would be suitable.

Sindhi essay has been slaughtered this time.Many of my friends have failed sindhi essay.while there is difference in scoring condition of sindhi essay and sindhi general. Sindhi general paper was divided in questions to get marks easily.your score is good in sindhi general but average in history of sindhi literature.History of sindhi literature was the real test of your grip on literature and language.It is also my optional paper.
Dear if they have failed candidates deliberately in sindhi essay then why they have spared some candidates who have commendable grip over sindhi.
I have passed this paper.As for as my expertise on sindhi is concerned i obtained 62 in c.e 2014 and 78 in c.e 2015.My prepation for sindhi in css was of one day.
As history of sindhi literature was optional,therefore i had consumed much time on preparing sindhi for PCS.I had prepared more than 10 sindhi essays and prepared notes after reading many books.My prepation made me to pass this paper and the candidates which took sindhi slightly have been slaughtered.
Anyways,share your marks of other subjects.how did it go overall?

Dear my sympathies are with you.After reading your post and comments from other fellows, I only feel myself lucky and thank Almighty Allah.

You must go for a re-check / recounting, if rules permit. What was the topic of your Sindhi essay? Please also share marks of other subjects as well.

If you have failed css essay you might not have regrets. I dont know why but thats true. on the other hand, in essay paper they dont check your language as much as they check analytical skills and general understanding of the topic

After going through mark sheets of failed candidates, i have observed that examiner of sindhi essay has awarded either 10 mark or 16 marks. what does it indicate? in my opinion there are two possibilities. 1. he has awarded these marks on instructions of a third party. 2. all the failed candidates have same mental approach. what is your opinion?

I am myself amazed to see my friend's dmc. He got 124 in sindhi litrature and his sindhi composition was great too but i dont know how he could not have convinced the checker. His sindhi writing style is superb. I am his student and i was declared pass.

in my opinion, he has forcibly been failed due to either of the above possibilities
