SPSC age relaxation
i agree with you,we have to take joint effort to take up this issue to all concerned Authorities for extension of further one year of the notification of 15 years the age relaxation so that all deserved candidates of sindh can appear in the CCE exams. it is also we have opportunity to take this issue to President Asif Ali zardari & Madam Faryal talpur by mailing and letter or personally meet to them so that he put pressure on CM sindh and SPSC to extend one year further the previous notification of 15 years age relaxation.

Nonetheless, I want to give assurance to those young candidates who feel insecure due to inclusion of elder candidates in competition that the more one grows old the more s/he loses competitive stamina as for as written portion and reading habits are concerned. They only find edge in opinion based topics and interviews, because they attain maturity in such areas which are often missing in young candidates. So do not worry about competition threat from seniors. Both the age groups have some strengths and equal weaknesses. By the way, first and fresh attempt is the best attempt. Coming to the age relaxation request of soft: We should not compare (CE) CSS age limit with CCE because CCE is not conducted as often as CE is conducted by FPSC. Huge gap between CCEs justifies the demand of age relaxation by the affectees. In this regard, my moral support is with the affectees. Below 28 age bracket who believe they are not affectees and they need not bother about relaxation, they should bear in mind that they are the future affectees because it is always uncertain that you make it in first attempt. You will not be able to avail second attempt if you don't endorse or support the cause of age relaxation today. So collectively it is injurious to all the age groups seeing the track record of SPSC. If below 28 age group is afraid of corruption/nepotism and accommodation of candidates on political grounds then they should be aware of the fact that not only senior candidates but below 28 age group candidates are also accommodated in SPSC. There insecurity will always be there notwithstanding with age bracket unless examination process and concerned authorities are filtered for transparent and high integrity standards. You people are advised to go through CE-2003 scam which is the best example of accommodating candidates regardless of age factor and political attachment. SPSC indulged in corrupt process in a time when PPP was not in government rather it was military/dictator's period. So who was at fault? PPPP? PML-N? any political involvement? I am sure answer is a big "NO" because if exam conducting authority is corrupt and integrity-wise weak then any influential factor can misuse it bribe it or exercise undue influence. Same case was observed in CE-2003 because all the influential factors either in terms of financial might or by dint of their position made their way to the exam process and got results of their choice. So it is not the government/political party who should be accused of this corrupt process rather the concerned authority/organization should be taken to task. Strong institutions can resist undue influences and unfair practices. So better to take part in greater cause for the wider interest of aspirants. Adopt long term approach. Regards
