No, You can't.
You need to have the required qualification by 22 March, which is the last date for this advertisement.

What about the Marksheets?? Can we give them Marksheet till we get our degree certificate?? And i guess they need our documents only once we qualify the written part, and appear for the interview.

If yes, then you can apply. Otherwise, you can't.

Hello,
I have Masters in Leadership and management studies degree (2 years) from Islamabad with 8 major course of HRM but on degree HRM or any specializion is not mentioned so this degree is applicable for TEO and ASO jobs in Spsc criteria....?
