A number of candidates having MBA are asking question whether they are eligible when they say they have studied HRM subject during their study. Let me clarify that MBA HRM consists having studied specialized subjects of HRM like Recruitment & Selection, HR Development, Performance Management and the like... These subjects defines that a particular candidate has specialization in HRM. On the other hand, some Degrees have mentioned MBA HRM and some degrees do not mention, At the end all matters is what your DMC shows, i.e the entailed subjects..

Also also 18 year MBA there are few advanced 3-4 course of any specialization
In spsc advertisements required qualification 16 year.
